For those seeking general information, we offer a free 30 minute introductory consultation. Please note that this consultation is not appropriate for review of complex matters, and we are only able to provide basic guidance on immigration law, policy, and general practices.

Focused Consultations

  • This consultation involves a comprehensive evaluation of your experience and credentials against the requirements for the EB-1A. We will discuss possible strategies and options for evidentiary support.

  • This category is for employers considering expanding their immigration programs or venturing into sponsorship for the first time. We will discuss your company’s needs and resources to identify viable options for the employment of foreign nationals on either a temporary or permanent basis.

    After the consultation, you will receive a detailed summary of our conversation along with relevant resources and a custom reference guide listing immigration sponsorship options available to the company.

  • Designed specifically for beneficiaries in various nonimmigrant categories whose cases are managed by their employer’s outside counsel. It is an opportunity to speak with an immigration attorney who only has your interests in mind and can answer general question that attorneys at large firms may not have time to address.
